PeakPlus AI provides an AI-powered lead generation and engagement platform for fitness coaches. The Service includes automated Instagram/Meta comment monitoring, AI-generated reply suggestions, lead scoring, and a management dashboard.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta's Platform Policies. You must not use the Service to send spam, harass users, or engage in deceptive practices.
The Service operates on an Intelligence Credits system. Free accounts receive a starter credit allocation. Pro subscriptions receive monthly credit resets. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record, and are subject to their payment terms. Pricing is listed at peakplusai.com/pricing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakPlus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
