Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data that PeakPlus AI has collected about you, including data obtained through your Meta (Instagram / Facebook) account connection.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your PeakPlus AI account and profile information
• All leads and interaction records associated with your account
• Your Meta OAuth access tokens and page connection data
• Your AI radar settings and keyword configurations
• Any usage logs and credit transaction history

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please use one of the following methods:

Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

Revoking Meta Access

You can also revoke PeakPlus AI's access to your Meta account at any time by visiting your Facebook account's App Settings and removing PeakPlus AI from the list of connected apps.
