PeakPlus AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects information you provide directly to us, such as your email address when you register, and information received from third-party platforms (e.g. Meta / Instagram) when you connect your account via OAuth. We also collect usage data such as lead interaction logs generated by our AI radar system.
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions; to send you technical notices and support messages; and to monitor and analyze usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time via ourData Deletion page.
Our service integrates with Meta (Instagram / Facebook / Threads) APIs to enable automated lead engagement. Data shared with or received from Meta is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy. We use Supabase for database hosting, OpenRouter for AI-powered features, and Creem as our payment processor and Merchant of Record for subscriptions and credit purchases.
